[That was.. something. I lay on the ground, curled up and just trying to process it all- and I was blue? When had I turned into an allay? That certainly didn’t help the situation.]
[The Allay laid on the pale moss of the garden, its wings twitched as it began to right itself from the floor to a float.]
[Everything was much larger, and more intimidating when you were 6 inches tall, and the last time I’d entered a pale forest was back in wild life, which certainly didn’t help my nerves.]
[The Allay chimed softly, it began to float, staying close to the moss floor and it began its search for literally any animal, or person.]

[ the sound of rustling leaves and someone humming came into earshot. and then - from behind a bunch of bushes, someone appeared. ]
[ a rather tall elf with a multitude of scars all over his skin, with an axe in hand, singing a little song to himself, came into view. his hair was grey and tinted purple at the ends, his eyes the same colour to match. however, upon seeing the allay, he stopped moving, tilting his head curiously to the side. the axe was immediately removed from his hands and put into his inventory, as he crouched down to get a better look. ]
well, hello there, little guy. [ the elf said, with a friendly smile on his face. ] i've never seen something like you in the pale garden before - how did you manage to get in here?
[ this must be him - the penpal. ]
