You did it. You made it through this week. You did it!! Yes, you cried a lot and yes, I know it still hurts. But you made it through and I am so fucking proud of you. You deserve to feel proud of yourself. You deserve wonderful things to happen to you. Hang in there, you got this buddy. You'll always have me. You'll always have yourself.

Noticed some facial hair coming in yesterday. I’ve only been on T for 8 days. This is the best Christmas present ever.

I have my first own apartment, I just started uni, I made lots of new friends, I’m going on T in a week and I’m in love for the first time of my life. Life is fucking awesome and I deserve this, and so much more.

You know, I reached all of my goals this year

I graduated

applied for uni and got accepted

moved out into my own flat

found a girlfriend

and I’m going on T soon

This year has been rough, I wasn’t able to stay clean which was also one of my goals, but hey maybe next year? I haven’t self-harmed since the day I got together with my girlfriend, it’d be amazing if I could keep it that way... 

Either way, I am so happy I made it through this year!

Wow it feels like so many possibilities are opening up... maybe I can get a job next year, maybe I can get through uni, maybe everything’s gonna be alright. I actually have a bright, colourful future ahead of me and nothing’s impossible. I feel so wide awake and ... alive.
