I need someone to exaplain to descendants fans what nepo babies mean.

Because no it's not just being someone well knows child it means your like fucking benefiting from that shit.

None of the vk's are nepo babies because they don't benefit from being a villain kid , even though their parents are famous. They are oppressed because of their status as vk.

But red and Chloe in this new universe are hero kids or auradon kids. So they benefit from having famous well known royal parents.

So they are fucking nepo babies.

So yeah just because max is the son of the mad hatter doesn't mean he's a nepo baby because he doesn't get any fucking benefits from it. It got him locked up on the damn isle of the lost.

Perfect Princess

The first music video for Descendants Wicked Wonderland dropped today.

Red and Chloe are happy to be back in the present with their mothers but they quickly start to notice some changes in the new timeline.

Red now has a sister and apparently she's a girly girl princess now since that's what everyone seems to expect her to be.

While Cinderella has become a perfectionist that always wanted to be a princess, packs Chloe's schedule and showers her daughter in shoes.

I don't really understand why Cinderella would be effected in this way but I guess it makes an interesting contrast to what Chloe went through in the last movie.

The girls are hurried off to school and it seems that QOH traded the Jeep for a convertible while the Charming's also have a new carriage.

Also can I just say that I hate QOH's new dress now that I can see all of it.

It looks like she got tangled up in the draperies or several bolts of fabric!

At School Red and Chloe meet Luis and Robbie who feel like Descendants is trying to reheat Jay and Carlos's nachos as the "the boys" of the group.

Though apparently Luis is going to be Red's love interest so I guess that's a little different.

Not long afterward we meet the VK's:

And why are the Smee twins here?

Yes they're VKs but they were good kids the last time we saw them, is this another consequence of time travel? Because it seems out of character for two kids who came to Auradon to get away from bullying to become bullies themselves.

Hazel doesn't have much to do here but I'm already curious about her relationship with her siblings.

I'm digging Felix's hand tattoos and that he has actual tarot cards unlike Celia.

Speaking of Celia, she and Freddie would absolutely kick Felix's ass for his attitude.

And finally we have Max:

He seems to be the leader and he definitely catches Red's attention when Pink call's him "Hatter".

I want to see more of this kid but given that he's the snarky purple child of the movie's lead villain and allegedly Chloe's love interest I have pretty good idea of how his story is going to go.

That said is it just me or does there seem to be something going on between him and Pink?

Naturally the girls are confused(and so am I) but at least someone found love in the new timeline:

I'm really liking Pink so far though, she seems like she's going to be a fun character but I hope she doesn't refer to herself in the third person throughout the whole movie.

So I have some questions as per usual.

The VK's use of the term nepo babies is a little odd, it works for Red, Pink, Chloe, and maybe Luis but not Robbie who's dad(Robin Hood) is a morally grey outlaw who steals from the rich to give to the poor. Wouldn't Robbie therefore be closer to the VK's class wise than the royal kids?

How long has it been between this movie and ROR in universe? If it's literally the next day then why did the girls go home just to go back to Auradon Prep 24 hours later?

If it's been longer then why are the girls only now noticing changes like Pink or Cinderella's personality transplant?

Given the presence of the Smee twins as well as Beast's statue and livery I think it's safe to say that Ben and Mal are still around and in charge.

Beyond that though it seems we'll have to wait for the movie to get answers and even then we may not get them given Descendants track record but I hope we do.

The song itself is good but not as good as some other Descendants songs.

"Perfect Princess" has officially made me even more hyped for Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, THIS SONG IS SO GOOD!

Can't wait to create and write some headcanons for the new characters <3

disney (fianlly) released descendants wicked wonderland trailer so lets talk about it because this eats!!

the trailer basically started with glassheart so i had to start as well!! they look so cute (it makes me sad) but the reason i wanted to show this is because of hazel her outfit looks so good!!! i need to see it completely

also im feeling chloes arch will be about not feeling like she fits in the idea of princess or hero anymore (not only because of her mothers too perfect performance and because of her new understanding of goodness) and thats a reason for why she becomes evil chloe and this scene is her mother saying something like "your enough" or "im sorry i made you feel this way" idk i think it suits

also, it seems cinderella got a new hairstyle (can i hear an amen?) and even though its blue (im never going to like the blue on cinderellas hair) i think its quite beautiful

okay, so for what it seems maddox is going to trap both the queen of hearts and cinderella and use the looking glass to terrorize (?) king charming who will be desperate but maddox breaks the glass with the broom he gives cinderella

also i think this is the scene cinderella and the queen of hearts sing their duet

and i was very surprised to see all the descendants characters will join the adventure, i was expecting to be seeing red, chloe, pink, max, luis and hazel, but we also got the smee twins, felix and robbie so thats really cool!!

we will prob getting them going on different paths but from what it seems, they will actually have some signifcant relevance (ror is over for you!!)

btw how is it possible hazel is serving every scene shes in??? shes so pretty!!!

weve got some luis and red and they look pretty adorable!! i just know im gonna love them (my heart still belongs to glassheart tho) and i need to listen to their duet (and hope its quite the romantic song and not an energetic type of song)

and luis smile?? im sold like if red doesnt want him, i do!!

and talking about romance, right after we got the first luis and red scene we also get a hazel and chloe scene so im gonna think its because their a couple as well (dont ruin this for me, they are a couple and you cant tell me otherwise) these lesbians are lesbianing

wonderland looks so cool!! i love how they played with the colors and the fantasy and the ilogical!! ugh its so good they did such a good job!!! everything looks so wonderful

and the twins are adorable im gonna love them!! their just babies 🥺

and we got chessy and this diva!!!! im still confused if shes the daughter of the cheshire cat or if shes supposed to be him (like and alt version) and i hope its his daughter but either way she looks fun and very

i think her character is just there for the chaos and will bring it to the table if necessary just for fun shes def in maddox side but just so she can enjoy the games and from what it seems there no way out of wonderland after the games begin its either win or lose

and the games look so fun and terrifying (i think in this first picture luis is going to use his super strenght to save everyone)

and hazel saving chloe??? thats girlfriends!!! i know two lesbians when i see them!!!

hazel also tells chloe to be careful with who she trusts and then we see max and red so im guessing its max shes refering to, but max will make chloe think red is the one she needs to be careful

and its interesting the 3rd character we see is felix which could mean nothing (or everything)

plus hazel asking luis if he has a brain or if hes just biceps and luis is like "this dumb hottie" (im a stronghat stan okay???? these two are two gays in love)

and this is me saying wicked wonderland will be the gayest descendants movie of the franchise

and before i finish this (because im adding too many picture and i cant add more) i need the context of this robbie and felix scene because my boy is in pain and hes now triggered by tea

i really like how many alice in wonderland references there are in this movie, which would sound obvious but in the previous movie there werent that many reference

yes, we see wonderland and we have the queen of hearts and all, but theres no actual reference to alice story itself (or alice herself) so it nice to see that happening here

maybe this was the longest post about descendants yet but im just very excited for this film now im off to listen to 'mad' because i love that song ❤️ bye!!
