Everyone's got their things going for them, and these guys, well. They're just always this energetic. Feels nice to have someone around who's actually kinda level-headed for a change though! "Oh?" An energy drink? There's a surprise. He definitely didn't feel like he'd have this coming, especially from one he hadn't bonded with much, yet. But the surprise is awfully pleasant, and he takes the drink in appreciation.

The assumption though? "Ehh, it's not like there's much to screw up!" He'd be hard-pressed giving himself proper credit. "I'm not really the type to take dangerous missions, you know. Getting some cattle across isn't hard, just a bit tedious! I'm lucky I can at least scare them into submission with my magic though," He confessed. His payment also wasn't too high, though just sufficient enough.

It appears Max preferred to keep the modest face. At least in the face of wizards he knew for a fact, could kick his ass. He wouldn't boast to their faces if it was up to him; not that there was much to boast about, too! "Oh, keep this between us, okay? I bet the client's probably gonna demand a refund if he hears I damaged his cows."
