Post workout dinner 😋 Australian Prawns 🍤 and Avocado Salad with Almonds and Sundried Tomatoes with Lime Juice Dressing. 👌 So it's been just over a week since starting the #keto diet, dropping ALL carbs (even high carb veggies) including fruit and in the last few days I finally have a spring in my step, I'm less emotional, not so tired, I'm not so gut retchingly hungry, I don't crave fruit as much as I thought I would. And I've dropped 2kg! ✌️ But I must admit giving up a dirty chai latte in the morning is STILL hard. I've moved to almond milk instead of Bonsoy. But I know I'll have to drop that eventually. Every morning I tell myself, today is the day! I got to 11am today even after 2 green teas before I caved. 🍔❤️ That moment you really want a burger from grilled but bread buns (and eating out) are out of the question. So tried my first mushroom bun at home with chicken patty, egg, grilled cap & eggplant, greens, avocado, feta and jalapeño 👌 however how friggen watery are mushrooms!!!!?? 🍄☔️ That just made it ridiculously messy. Since I've fractured two toes. I've concentrated on shoulder and abs today with a 20min go on the trainer. 200 cals burnt so I'm happy with that. I can control my foot placement on the xtrainer as opposed to walking. Loving my Maxine's bars as well as my quest bars. Best of both worlds.
