back when i was younger i used to worry that my family and friends were gonna disappear and be replaced with strangers and i used to do very specific things that only those people would know so i could tell "when" they were gone and then one day even though they did know i just seriously believed my parents were replaced and i was super mean and told them they werent the right person and cried and almost ran away but my parents got upset n grounded me and my windows were out of reach and broken so they didnt open and then i was TERRIFIED and avoided them and hurt them and hated them and they js thought i was being a prick but i genuinely thought they werent the right person and they were replaced and wrong and stuff and it was a BIG thing i was almost sent somewhere but my parents thought it wouldnt matter and looking back. maybe something was wrong with me

sometimes the hallucinations are gone and sonetimes theyre vague and sometimes theyre BIG big big terrifying scary tge worst makes me feel unsafe

right now theyre tame. but extremely uncomfortable. cameras everywhere,, can you not. eerrrmmm im a MINOR!!!!!! im highkey scared rn but its okay its okay its okay its okay the blinking red dot to show theyre recording highkey gets so annoying so fast when theyre so many of them everywhere

realizing i havent made an irl close friend in like 4 years

like. ive made friends. but they all only talk to me as a last resort or backup when they dnt have anyone else last friend i made that actually seems to be lasting is max / @/yourprettiesthatemachine 😞😞LOVE U MAN AND @/cr3at1ve-us3rnam3/4ceee

"hello mother!!" i say joyously as my mother enters my room. she then tells me we need to talk and tells me shes disappointed in me and i wont get anywhere in life if i keep going how i am currently.

genuinely what the fuck every time i stand my heart starts beating SO fast and i get so lightheaded and sometimes just immediately collapse and my hands go so red and my mother has said that sometimes when i stand up my face and hands turn bright red and it hurts so bad and i get so tired i usually try to iust lay down all day to avoid it and that also happens when i stand too long but i cant ask to sit down cuz my parents call me dramatic

once my mother didn't believe me so she felt my heartbeat and felt my hand and she was genuinely baffled by my heartbeat and how much i was shaking and then she said its probably just cuz i need to eat more
