Thank you thank you thank you for your posts!! I just wanted to say that it is really refreshing to read all your thoughts on why Rhysand was/is so problematic. I've decided not to read ACOMAF because honestly Rhysand made me feel so uncomfortable in ACOTAR and there were so many issues around consent, abuse and manipulation that I just felt so sick. I can't read a book now that will most likely romanticize him and have the main character forgive him and just completely fall in love with him.

Ah I’m so glad you said this! Lately people have been trying to change my opinion that he isn’t abusive or manipulative but to be that’s all he is. It was really uncomfortable to read about him because he was just too much and for the author to go and then romanticize his character after what he did just doesn’t sit well with me. But I mean people are aloud to like the character if they want to. So overall I don’t think anyone who felt uncomfortable reading the first book really needs to read the second

Omg Jessa I loved that Drabble! So cute & HEA! I love your love for HEAs. It makes me trust you & feel so safe haha in this day in age it's harder to find. I feel like so many authors r doing the shock and murder system (murders are ok but give me HEA)! Also, your writing makes me want to hire you to write my future boo (who I haven't found) & me's like comic book love story like you can be Jessa the Lovers AU writer and make millions haha don't know if that makes sense but it does in my head!

Thank you, Jules! ILY. I know how you feel, though. I can handle almost anything happening in a book (or fic) as long as they’re alive and together at the end. This is why I read an insane amount of erotica trash. And also why I have a fit when an ending betrays me. Example: I love biker romances. I know what I’m getting here, and the most I’ll have to deal with is cheating usually. I just read one that was so great until BOTH OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS DIED AT THE END. Omg, I firmly believe if an author kills off their main characters in a “romance novel” then they need to have their laptop melted into a liquid and poured over their head.

Ok, sorry I went on a tangent there BUT anyway thanks again. When you find your soulmate let me know so I can write y'alls story . 💙
