Nobody:
Absolutely no one:
My brain: you’re worthless, you’re a burden, you don’t matter to anyone, and your friends don’t actually like you.
Me watching tv and trying to remember my brain is lying and this is just a bad brain day:
You know what, I really hate this idea that mentally ill people get better because they’ve found The One™️. Like, especially for young women, there seems to be this narrative of someone falling in love with a man who gives her his full devotion and is “cured” with The Power Of Love!!!
I’m not trying to invalidate anyone who did get better with the help of their significant other(s). That’s awesome, and I’m glad it worked out for you!
But I’m aromantic. I have this idea of what an intimate relationship should be, and I have no idea if I want that or if I have more amatonormativity ingrained in me than I realise. I keep on hoping that some man is going to come, for a lack of better phrasing, save me.
Even if that ever did happen, and some man actually wanted to be all devoted to me and kiss my depression away or whatever, that’s not gonna fucking work because:
Well… I have trust issues, so I’d probably loose my shit and run away if that happened. But that’s a me problem.
That’s not how mental illnesses work. It’s not going to get fixed like that.
Yeah, having support from others helps a lot, and meeting the right people can be a life changing event. But unfortunately, things won’t get better just because of others. We have to work at it ourselves.
This story is laced in so many harmful ideals, and I think it really needs to end. Because I don’t want to keep waiting for this fucking Prince Charming I’m not even sure I really want.
I’m just… sick of it, y’know?
I get triggerd so much that I have officially lost the ability to have coonversations. Today during mealtime some people started to talk about weight and food and I instantly thought I was so fat that I ran out of the room and hada panic attack
How to get out of bed
Step 1: don't.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored they go out for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

I want to disappear
Dis-ap-pear
D i s a p p e a r
I just wanna go away
To the woods or the beach
I just wanna sit amongst nature and reset
My insides are screaming and clawing at my skin
My brain is spinning out again
