Myrtle: Describe your crush.— “I… don’t think I have a crush right now so…”
Heliconia: Do you like when it rains?— “I actually prefer when it rains. It feels kind comfortable in a way.”
Violet: Do you like where you’re from?— “I like the city in general, like, the place. But the people from the district I am from are absolutely the worse, I am glad I moved out.”

they don’t always get along. they’re prone to catty fights, sly digs, passive aggression that rivals richard nixon’s. they’re a toxic combination, but even if every fiber of their being tells them to escape, they can’t quite seem to part ways.
because even with their struggles, their spite and bitterness, there are ups – and they’re good. it’s almost as if they’ve never heard anything hurtful, as if their words have never been spikes and glares daggers.
instead, they laugh, revel in the shared bond, thrive.
so of course there’s no meaning to the way she holds her close and rests her head on eunyong’s lap, eyelids fluttering, fighting to stay open in her comfort. there’s nothing unusual about the way that she turns her head to brush her lips against her hipbones; they’re sleepy tokens of affection, lazy excuses to not speak.
and there’s no reason she’s not allowed to sigh complacently at how cozy she is, to drift into slumber in her company.
no, it’s not weird at all.
if anyone were to ask, she’d call it girlish fun.
hymn for the weekend.

There used to be a time which Jae liked Friday nights—and honestly, it wasn't that long at a time. Just a few months ago, those nights were filled with either movie nights, or going out with his friends, or attending to his best friend's band gigs. Which, now, were his own gigs and not his friend’s.
But now, when his roommate has to work as the chicken delivery guy, Sungjae can't help but feel bored. He would go out with his other friends, but it isn't like he is close enough to them to simply call. And the only one he would do that was probably out with her “boyfriend”.
Deciding to take a shower and just put his pajamas on—a green pair of pants with Chicken Little's face all over it, along with long sleeves light green shirt—he got to the living room and turned the TV on, putting on a random music channel. That's what he usually let on while he had other things to do—like cooking.
He could just call deliver since he doesn't like cooking, but in the end, he prefers to do it his way. Pulling his sleeves up to his elbow, he let the random k-pop song playing and goes to the window to throw it open—the summer is almost there and, though he is in winter pajamas, he needs to feel the air around the studio to feel better. So, with that, he starts dancing as he got everything he needs to prepare a dinner.
lying is the most fun a girl can have ft. @mgeunyong
she’s unsure if her eyes are deceiving her, cruel tricks played by the mind in an attempt to disrupt the little peace she finds in the hectic hongdae, but she’s quickly proven wrong. standing before her is a very smiley eunyong, no sign of any sickness that supposedly left her bedridden, no ailing weakness that evoked pity from the clueless, gullible akira.
“that bitch.” she curses under her breath, bites down on her tongue to refrain the stream of expletives that threaten to flow like a gushing stream. “and i felt bad for you.”
her anger lies in her friend’s dishonesty, the lack of candor that she had grown accustomed to with eunyong. the sting of being tossed aside is overshadowed by her aggravation; just as lucifer had once done, she falls from grace and is consumed by her enmity, her petty frustration. and unlike most people who would address such concerns when their irritability subsides, she’s not afraid of a scene. so against her better judgement, she strides toward eunyong and her group, a plastic smile and faux enthusiasm tied together with a frenetic wave.
but, of course, akira’s never really been that good of an actress.
“hi. funny seeing you here!” she claps her hands together, mouth agape in a mix of feigned joy and shock. “are you feeling better? i was gonna ask if you wanted me to come over and bring you some soup or ginger ale, but... it looks like you had a miraculous recovery! have you considered becoming a test subject at hospitals? i think doctors could do wonders if they studied your incredible immune system.”
