POSITIVE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CROATIA NT
Okay, so first and first I don't wanna hear or read anything negative about our boys today or ever. They did their best and I'm so fucking proud. We are going through a hard time now, our boys really gave their all for that silver, most of them are injured, 3 people retired, we are weaker in every position, we have NINE (9) new players, club season just started and this Nations League is bringing one big uncalled mess. We have so much going on right now and we need time to process it all and adjust. So please be gentle, be kind and don't give us a hard time. We ourselves shouldn't give us a hard time. I know it sucks, and it hurts, and WC memory is still fresh and we are living on it, but we need to have patience and understanding and especially we need time. Nothing good comes over night. I am convinced we will get back on our level soon. So, lets stay positive and give all our love and support to the boys cause they sure as hell need it.
I will start with this post - good things that came from this game:
1. Ivan Rakitić playing his 100th match for Croatia. :')💙
2. Lovre Kalinić proving he is more than worthy being Suba's heir.
3. Šime Vrsaljko being a grumpy fluff ball.
4. Vida back in the game and saving our ass BIG TIME.
5. Baby Mitrović working hard and giving his best. (RIJEČKO SRCE, so proud💙)
6. Pivarić finally getting a chance to prove himself.
7. Ivan Perišić keeping our hot-head, fighting reputition and running as fast as Mandzo's spirit is chasing him.
8. Mateo Kovačić playing with short sleeves and making us fall in love with his beautiful hands. (also being shirtless asdfgh)
9. Marko Rog playing not his position and trying his hardest.
10. Luka Modrić being SHIRTLESS and cute as always.
11. First 20 minutes when I actually felt like watching the WC again.
12. Zlatko's amazing fashion style.
13. Spanish fans clapping hard for Raketa and even harder for Lukita, like one of their own.
14. Croatia NT writting history again.
