Ok, I just want to start with stating that the food was amazing. I'd have it again and the smoothie was delicious,thick and creamy. I created my own bowl: brown rice, black beans, sweet potatoes and plantains, avocado with salsa verde. I do have however, have some feedback about the service. We waited in line to have our order taken by one of their male employees. He began our interaction asking if we were ready to order. (The question was... Was he ready?) I began stating what I wanted until halfway to my bowl contents...when he begins talking to other employees without saying excuse me nor sorry. He then comes back to take my order and ask again what is it that I want on my bowl. Of course I'm annoyed because I have to repeat everything that I had already told him. While he continued to be distracted, talking to the other employees. While my friend order her bowl... He warned her that there was no more black beans and that she had to choose a different protein. Surprised, I tell him I just ordered my bowl with black beans. He apologizes and states that he didn't realize I had ordered black beans and that I had to choose an alternative. To make the story short, there ended up being black beans so we both got our beans lol when I get my bowl I realized my rice was coconut black rice instead of brown rice and at that point I just let it go because I was very hungry. So that's my experience. I hope other people have had better experiences especially on their birthday.
