more yowapeda textposts! how i’ve missed these cycling boys

i'm picky with live action adaptations of anime because my favorite guy must be cute, and i won't watch it otherwise. some talk about my favorite guys in live action media below!!

i liked death note drama because higuchi was cute. i could forgive cutting his screentime in exchange for making him cute but then again... why get a cute actor and put him in less scenes?? nontheless, the drama was good simply for the reason that higuchi was there. and was cute. ok i'll talk more cause... i love his hairstyle. it's different from the manga but still so higuchi. the faux hawk is such a cool look for him.

i also watched the yowamushi pedal drama (in japanese without subtitles...) because the actor who played midousuji was REALLY cute. but there was a different actor in the stage play so i was fine not watching it.

i've seen kakegurui drama just for manyuda cause i was on kakegurui streak. he's pretty in the manga and his actor was also pretty and the drama was so cool. i love his gamble vs yumeko.

i've watched ajin movie out of curiosity. i've seen some comments about the innacurate casting and well. the characters did look different. i liked tanaka well enough, though i'd prefer if he looked closer to manga. i actually really liked takahashi and gen (and okuyama). sato looked good, but yeah, he should've been older. i think i didn't even watch the whole movie, but i liked the scene with the trio (tanaka, takahashi n gen) shooting the building. it was cool. (i like takahashi the best i think. gen could've been cuter like in the manga XD the long hair is his moe trait)

something i haven't watched yet - sakamoto days live action. i've seen the actor for kashima and he's really pretty. so i might watch it, even though he's a minor character...

and now for blue lock... there's been idk how many stage plays now and well idk if they're even watchable outside japan. i really liked barou's first actor, he was so cutes... the second one is ok but less cute. he looks cute in some screenshots but i miss the first one... and there's the live action movie coming out - and this is just my taste but the guy is not cute at all... maybe he'll look better in action but the promo photos don't do him justice. i'm kinda feeling like not watching it. (attaching pic of my fav stage play barou, yuki izawa)

also the reason why i haven't watched akagi live action... i can't handle washizu without long hair and with a beard... that's not my pookie. i guess it's hard to make a real life old man as cutes as washizu.

i've been planning to watch tokyo revengers drama because mikey and draken both look good. but i wasn't hyped enough about tkrv to look for it... maybe one day...
