I just got to the point in the game where you have the climb that really windy section before Last Judge. For the life of me I can’t remember the name of it rn and though I can look for it on my recording, I’m too lazy to boot up my computer again so whatever. Not my point.

I made it to Shakra looking for a map but an enemy followed me AND SHAKRA JUST BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF THAT ENEMY IN LIKE 2 SECONDS HOLY SHIT IT WAS SO COOL?????

I think Shakra may be my favorite npc so far

Anyway sorry I needed to ramble about that a little bit goodnight lol

So now that silksong is (fingers crossed) commin out this year, what's the plan for this blog when it arrives? With regards to the funky little hornet drawings I mean.

Ok so a lot of people have been asking this in my inbox, so I’m going to use this ask to kind of clarify some things since this one asks it more directly (hope that’s ok op, thanks!)

So here’s my general plan once Silksong comes out:

LOTS of Fanart. (Or at least I’ll try!!) Since Hornet is in the spotlight for this game, it should be relatively easy for me to draw her since I’ve basically been doing that for 2+ years. I’ll probably (?) post rendered art pieces weekly at the start and then slowly fade into lower effort doodles as time goes on and the hype dies down. But actual high-effort fanart is priority for quite a while

Live posts/reactions as I play the game. So basically I’m looking to post my thoughts as I go through the game so you guys get my real-time reactions to where I’m at and how I feel about it and my random questions (which I don’t expect answers for and don’t want)

I’ll also try to record my gameplay and commentary at the same time so there will be videos I’ll be posting to my youtube channel! (…assuming my computer doesn’t freeze up like it sometimes does when I record or stream)

If I run out of things to do past that point then I’m not sure, but I don’t expect that to happen any time soon!

What will you do with this blog AFTER silk songs projected 2025 release?

Will it stay in use? Stick with general shaw drawings or will you create areas from the game?

Will other series be started for Silksongs dlc(s)?

& general question

Are you still working on the choose your own adventure mini-game?

I talked about my general plan in this post, BUT I did want to answer a couple questions here

My art will definitely include areas from the game and DLCs. Probably not a series per se? But just in general if that makes sense

And regarding the choose-your-own-adventure:

YES I am still working on it but like any game development project (cough cough silksong cough), this stuff takes time so it might be a while before its complete. All I ask is for everyone’s patience. I’m making the entire game from scratch by myself.

Though I am drafting an update post for it on my main blog right now so more detailed news should appear soon!

My main acc is @miizori, and occasionally I might share original artwork there. But I haven’t been doing it recently so there’s no guarantee.

But still that’s where I’d post my other art.
