Before I knew anything about mindful eating. I just ate random stuff, rather I liked it alot or not. I ate more when I was bored, tired, frustrated, and felt stuck in life. These urges didn't just go away once I decided to live healthier. That's why mindful eating is so important. I will be teaching more on this topic, because it can save so many people alot of regret and toil. I learned to eat what I want, but I check in with myself 1st to see if I'm really hungry, thirsty, tired, bored, or am I hiding my emotions in the food? . I ask myself is the taste of the food even worth the calories that come with it? (I'm not a calorie counter js) . Could I prepare the foods I love in a healthier way with real ingredients that I can pronounce and my body will recognize? . Over the years, I've created recipes so I can continue to enjoy food, but now I eat with more purpose, passion, and intention. PM me if you'd like to get access to them. .
