I have a weird question. In your gifs for The History Boys, the size of the image looks correct, but my download always saves the images very squished when I am in GIMP. Do you know how I can fix this or the dimensions I'm supposed to be using?

oh yes mine did the same thing! i ended up having to make the gifs without text so i could save them with the right dimensions, and then open them back up after saving them to add the dialogue. the dimensions i used were 268x165 but anything between 155-165 would probably look fine (your discretion!). unfortunately it’s a little hassle ;~;
