Hey look, I don't know much about Japanese but I do know that if something is clearly referencing something, you don't translate it exactly.

Like Nishi is clearly talking about Pandora as in Pandora's Box but the Japanese Kanji system doesn't have distinction between l and r so they translated FUCKING pandoloora. LIKE GODDAMIT!

Same with Babirus, It's clearly fucking Babyls like the Tower of Babel but like fuck you translators.

It reminds me of that one Almond water backrooms actually being cyanide but nobody had enough understanding to fucking get it.

But props to misfit scans for doing good translations of the chapters they translated.

Just in case you wanted a better look at my message in our celebration message. It’s been a long road to catch up to the raws, but today we finally made it. It’s been a pleasure and a privilege to help bring the translations to everyone, or just making a few people giggle and laugh. Watching this fandom grow in real time is incredible, and I daresay this is one of those kindest and most wholesome fandoms I’ve ever been a part of.
