What do you think about these tortillas/ crepes filled with a tofu scramble for a brunch? I made these tortillas with whole wheat flour and chickpea flour, a pinch of salt and water. They hold pretty well and they're quite pliable. I prefer to make them thicker than the usual crepes so I can use them as tortillas... I still have to work on the recipe, but it's promising 😊 I'll make at least a blog post about it when it's ready for the public, if not a video. What would you prefer? Video or blog post?
