so pissed with the way some readers have been treating some of my favorite writers on this platform. i guess now would be as good a time as any to remind everyone that fanfiction is written by and for the writer, who chooses to share their work with you. fic writers are not machines - they are real-life humans with real lives outside of fic writing. at the end of the day, please treat fic writers with kindness. they write for free because they like what they do, and it gets really discouraging when readers act like they are entitled to specific content (or any content). and if you don't like what you see, feel free to QUIETLY leave.
