So about Mona 👀 what sort of stuff does she do in her free time?

Honestly she spends most of her time working on stuff for theatre club. And when she isn't doing that, she's studying (gotta keep those grades up) or hanging with her girlfriends (I'm thinking of giving her a 'popular girls' group of friends fhdjgs a Kendra is possible....)
But like. Personal alone time just for her?... Youtube and Animal Crossing hfgdfhd

How do they meet? What are their first impressions?
How long do they know each other before Mona gets mutated? How does she get mutated?
Are you pulling inspiration from the 87 series for any of this? Or 2012?
As the first human to be mutated (I think? I don’t think we’ve seen a human interact with mutagen in the MM universe yet) what does Mona feel about her new status as a mutant?
They have classes together! Specifically science class. She sits in the row in front of Raph.
If her mutation actually happens in real life and isn't just a part of Leo's comics, they would've known known each other for a few months, maybe. And I haven't come up with a way for it to happen 'irl', but it would probably involve the EPF in some way in Leo's comic. Maybe one of the brothers or other mutanimals getting their blood stolen and turned into mutagen. Utrom could come back and do that, as well. There's a few possibilities.
I'm not pulling much from anything, really. Her mutant design is based on her IDW iteration, though.
Her feelings are pretty complicated. She feels like she lost out on opportunities she could've had if she was still human. Like, she's in the theatre club, and played as the lead pretty often. And she was thinking about being an actress when she got older. But now she's a giant lizard......... It's gonna be hard finding roles that would take a giant lizard.

I was looking into Filipino voice actresses to see if I could find a good one for Mona. I learned today that Lapis from Steven Universe is voiced by Jennifer Paz, who is Filipino! :) So guess who Mona's voice claim is :))
