Douglas brings Daniel to the tower at some point, bc he needs to Be A Parent but also he needs to be a loner inventor in his room, so he lets the ef take care of him. Chase and Bree, got it covered. they know the kid.

Oliver finds it a bit hard at first, but learning that Daniel’s never read any comics before makes him force daniel into reading and now they both love comics

daniel thinks sky is pretty cool and enjoys watching them train, they can both usually have a long conversation bout nothing and still be not awkward.

kaz is daniels favorite, bc he lets him do crazy ass shit. kaz sets up a zipline in the tower, and despite chase attempting to remove it, kaz and daniel just speed around the house without a care in the world. oliver looks at daniel and just goes “oh god theres two kazes now”
