Ghostblade really has the problem that people use his silence to fill in whatever they think he'd be saying. There were tons of words being put in his mouth while he was actively shaking his head no, making an X with his hands, or just generally making a desperate expression that he wanted out of there

But equally, this guy never thinks of how to properly communicate either. So much could have been resolved by just writing down what he wants to say! Does it just not occur to him? Is it a part of the Trust affecting him? (Is he trying to keep his ex's lies about him alive so he feels he shouldn't clear up the truth?) Is he really that ridiculous???

Crackfic idea: Ghostblade is tasked with killing Lucky Cyan. He of course tries, but things just keep mysteriously going wrong whenever he's lined up for the attack. To his horror, he triggers a convoluted series of events in which Cyan meets his daughter, learns how to throw knives, and starts considering Ghostblade as an adoptive father figure.
