As mentioned earlier in the week, the moderators have tweaked the rules just slightly (most things have stayed the same) But please take a look at the new rules, and PM a mod if you have any questions! :)
This roleplay contains mature content. So, we’d like all players to be 16+. The content of this roleplay may be unsuitable for younger audiences. ON THE SAME NOTE: If you are underage in your respective country, you will NOT be permitted to engage in adult themes that involve sexual content. For the sake of plot, you may go as far as a fade to black scene. That being said, older members MUST put nsfw content under a read more.
Your character can be based on the comics, movies or a combination of both. Understand that not everyone here has a different interpretation of their character (some people play strictly according to comic canon, some just MCU, and some a mixture of both) and some of our active characters have yet to be seen on screen.
You do have to make a new, separate account. We do not accept side blogs or indie accounts.
Respect other players and moderators. This is more than just a place to roleplay, it is a place to grow (in our writing, and in our maturity.)
Our acceptance days are Friday, Sunday, and Wednesday. The moderators have a pretty busy schedule, so please don’t ask to hear back about your application any sooner than those days.
We do not accept applications for two characters at once. Once you have been accepted for one character, you must wait a two week probationary period before you can apply for another.
There is a three [3] day interactivity rule in place; this means that you must interact within at least one other character within the group. If you are normally active, we don’t start to penalize until you are one week inactive.
Activity in this Roleplay is defined as each character posting updates, or interacting with others. Just posting pictures does not qualify as being active.
That being said. Please do not spam the dash with pictures/memes, etc. Limit those to one or two per day at most. We love seeing pictures of our characters, we do. But tons of posts start to clutter the dash and make it hard to go through. If there’s something you really want to post, throw it in your queue so we can see it!
If leaving for an extended amount of time, a message should be left to one of the moderators, or the group ask/submit page. Hiatus’s are, of course, accepted, and your character will be held for you during your absence. Hiatus’s posted in the main chat instead of to a moderator ill not be considered valid.
A Skype SN. Plain and simple. Skype is how most of us chat, and work out important plot points. This is also the quickest way to reach a moderator.
If you leave the chat, please ask a mod to re-add you instead of asking another member.
Please be respectful in the group chat. Avoid subjects that our on our trigger tag list, as well as controversial topics that may spark debate.
Always be literate! We can not stress enough the importance of correct grammar, spelling, and spacing in replies. If you need someone to beta some posts beforehand, don’t hesitate to ask a moderator!
Please do not over-power or god mod your character. They may even be gods, but every character has strengths and weaknesses – so please consider these.
While we understand that not all relationships in this RP are canon, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY AT LEAST MAKE SENSE. We don’t want to see a baddie hookin’ up with one of the good guys for no reason.
If you play a hero, stay a hero. If you play a villain, stay a villain. Please do not change their realities UNLESS it is part of their character development or is approved by the moderators.
No character deaths unless discussed with mods (we know Marvel loves to kill off characters, but we all hate seeing them die, so don’t cause us the grief we’re too used to seeing in the comics). The password: Orange you glad I didn’t say Banana.
All NSFW (smut, gore, excessive violence, etc) must be under a read-more. Please use your discretion. Please tag and cover [read-more] any posts that may be triggering.
We, as moderators, reserve the right to choose how many characters a player may have (based on activity, writing sample, and a number of other factors)
