These Monster Cookies are loaded with oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, M&M's candies, and nuts, creating a chewy and delightful treat for all cookie lovers.

Ingredients: 3 cups old-fashioned oats. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 3 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1 teaspoon corn syrup. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup M&M's candies. 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract. Mix in the oats, baking soda, and corn syrup until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M's candies, and chopped nuts. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
