(I think it was used more after the 4th season, but I never finished it)

How do you think a blind fairy would “see” or use their magic? I’ve always had this idea that Aisha would stay blind after her sacrifice so I was wondering how you think she’d cope with something like that? Love your art btw!!

ok so there are several options for this so I’m going to use some existing characters as examples (also sorry its taken me so long to reply to this one)

So for Aisha, while I think losing her sight would be a huge emotional toll on her, she would probably adjust physically pretty quickly! She has morphix(a merfolk genetic ability, consisting of a magically conductive secretion of the skin) which she could thin out and spread into the air around her, giving her 3D “impressions” of any objects, sensations, or people who come into her field of morphix. 

Musa(and Galatia by extension) however, as a Melodian, could definitely use a type of sonar, she could amplify it with her magic if she needed to, but Melodians are already hyper sensitive to vibrations so she probably wouldn’t need to in day to day life.

Stella is another one that would be interesting! She could probably send out light spells and analyze the reflected light in her magic as a way to “see” her surroundings. This one would probably be a little more draining on her magic than Aisha or Musa’s techniques.

Diaspro would probably further develop her ground related spells, and work kind of like ground penetrating radar/geophysical imaging. She would be weaker towards anything in the air, but be able to sense anything touching the ground?

Bloom, Flora, Krystal, Mirta, Roxy, Daphne and Tecna are a little weirder, not totally sure what they would do in this situation.

Winx AU Detailing Part XV - Morphois, and all its uses

Or, an update to an old post.

Morphois, once called Morphix due to its transformative capabilities, is a very common product used in many objects across the worlds. The result of an Andrian Caster accidentally mixing Purified/Enchanted Soil with three different Light potions, it’s a maleable clay-like substance with incredible flexibility and durability, an outstanding resistance to weight and impact, as well as having glue-like capabilities, and can be as hard as cement once baked at high temperatures. It’s more commonly used in construction work to join foundations, support beams and the like, but it’s also common in artisan pieces and craftwork, being common as decorations or jewelry in the Andrian town it was created.

Morphois also has different effects depending on the potions added to the basic recipe, being able to be fluorescent, conductive or even flammable. An Eraklian town that doesn’t get much sunlight due to the mountains surrounding it is almost entirely covered in fluorescent morphois decorations and streetlights, keeping the town illuminated in a soft blue light. Traditional morphois is of a light pink color due to the original Light potions mixing into that color, but adding a hue potion allows for color customization. It’s a popular fix-it object in most households, but it’s ill-advised to use it in food-related utensils as it can cause minor food poisoning. Morphoix grenades are also common in military schools like Red Fountain or Lynphea College, As it allows to either block paths or to subdue enemies in a peaceful way, entraping them in the pink glue.
