Memento Mori is 17 page google doc (P2U — 5$) template that follows the aesthetic of a vintage book. It is aimed primarily for writing, as it doesn't contain a specific space for images, but you may add your own once the template is yours.
As such, given that every aspect is meant to be written, many prompts were given so you can have an idea of what you may add, if you have trouble coming up with something or see that there's way more space than you usually use.
That's not your case and there's actually way less space for writing than you are used to? You can continue writing without trouble, the document will not mess up.
It only contains one (1) drawing that can't be edited on mobile, and that is the dedicatory on the second page. You can delete it if you are only able to edit the page through your phone/tablet. The rest is allegedly mobile friendly, until proven otherwise.
Given how text heavy the document is, it can work for both characters or lore, and if you know your way around a google doc template, you can also add more titles to the "contents" part.
As always, feel free to edit it as much as you'd like, as long as you don't delete the credits. (You can make them smaller or move it if you don't like how they look.)

Well, on to our rules! We aren’t asking for a flawless performance from the audience, but we at least want to keep things sane around here!
No NSFW — Plain and simple, do not send sexual content! While its okay to be a little suggestive, don’t take it too far! And please, be sparing with the gore; Some audience members are squeamish! (Do not send images of gore. descriptions but don’t go into detail.)
No Godmodding — My actors are my actors, don’t change the script to turn them into your actors! It’ll be ignored! And on that note… If I tell you something out of character about an actor, don’t give your actor that knowledge about my actor!
No Forceshipping — Another simple one! Just give me a warning- Whether in inbox or dms that you’re interested in a ship! I am happy to discuss! And do note~ I tend to prefer slow burns!
No harassment — A shame I have to add this rule. This is one that will lead to getting blocked. Do not send hate, not about anyone. Not about me, or the people I roleplay with. If you don’t enjoy the show, find a different one to watch.
Last but not least, I ask for patience! My motivation for my actors sometimes varies! I will be slower responding with some muses vs responding with others, it’s never anything personal! And I also have a life outside of roleplaying, so please don’t nag me about replying.

DESCRIPTION:
This Google Doc is fourteen pages, but it can be expanded to as many as you need! Just copy and paste the various entries to cover all of your tracking goals! This is sort of a multi-muse doc, though I'd say it's a bit more like a writing overview. It delves into your project, the main protagonists/antagonists, side characters, and a calendar of events to keep it clear what happens when. I do think the pages/titles could be pretty easily changed to track other things though! I tried to keep it neutral and clean to keep the pages from getting too busy even when there's a lot of info packed into them. I hope it'll help you maintain a bit of order while also providing a nice overview for you (or people you show it to)!
Complexity Level: So, due to the fun shapes of the images, they're all "housed" in the Drawings function. But I've tried to make it as easy as possible by almost always putting everything on the same drawing per page, to limit having to click around and such. So you'll be able to edit the text from any mobile app pretty easily, but the design, colors, and images will have to be done on a desktop of some kind.
Page Order: General cover page, project overview, main character cover page, main character pages (x2 per each character, can copy+paste as many as you want), side character cover page, side character pages (x1 per each character, can copy+paste as many as you want), events cover page, and event pages (x1 per each month, can copy+paste as many as you want).
