(OOC)
Just a few reminders! You're not obligated to match my length or anything like that, so please don't feel pressured to do so. I also don't mind waiting on replies (I can be slow myself, so take your time). If my fonts/colors bother you at all, please let me know; I'd rather you be comfortable and I know I have a few RP partners that I try not to use the small font with because they can't read it well. Have fun with it and let me know if you need me to change anything! :D

It had been a long day for the Winchesters — hell, their whole life had been one long day. Sam and Dean were seated across from one another at the long table in the bunker, preparing for the next case that had been sent their way. The older Winchester shoved the last bite of a pizza slice into his mouth, closing the lid and sliding it down the smooth surface out of his way. He met Sam's gaze, crossing his arms and leaning forward on his elbows.
"You want a beer, Sammy?" he offered after a minute, gaze flickering toward the kitchen area and then back to his younger brother. Spotting the hesitance in Sam's features, Dean prodded a little further, "C'mon, take a load off, huh? You've been neck deep in lore for days now. It's not going to kill you to take one night off."
The recent hunts held Sam's focus more than usual, trying to track down anything that might help them deal with the sudden influx of people that had returned to life. They didn't have any leads yet, and neither Jody nor Donna had been able to find anything either. For the time being, there was nothing else they were able to do — and while he didn't want to admit it, Dean had a point. Pausing briefly, Sam observed him and then replied with a ghost of a smile. "Uh, yeah, all right," he began, voice low and soft, "I guess you're right. Thanks, Dean."
It wasn't long until Dean had returned with a case of beer from the fridge, twisting the tab off with ease before he tossed it aside and passed the frosty bottle to Sam. Meanwhile, the younger Winchester had closed his laptop and leaned back in his chair with a sigh, giving his brother a small nod as he took the offered drink. The familiar taste slightly eased the edge he felt, yet something in his core still didn't feel right. Minutes ticked by before something had caught Dean's attention.
His head whipped around toward the stairs that led to the exit of the bunker, his senses heightening at the subtle disruption. Some sort of banging. In a practiced motion, his hand smoothly slipped a gun out from behind his back; his vision sharpened, pulse increasing as he held the weapon pointed downward and headed toward the door to the bunker. On the other hand, Sam was right behind him, opened beer sat forgotten upon the table and a secondary pistol clutched tightly in his grip. Unlike his brother, he was much calmer, yet his concentration mirrored Dean's.
They each quietly took separate sides of the door frame and with a silent signal, Sam swiftly opened the door and Dean stepped out, gun cocked and pointed at the entrance. He felt his chest tighten at the sight, his eyes widening imperceptibly in disbelief. What the hell was she doing here? Dean's heart simultaneously soared and broke, his momentary hesitation evident.
♡ Send ◓ and my muse will pick a Pokemon for your muse.
The Winchester boys were sitting in a booth at a diner with Rei across from them. "All right, all right," Dean cut over Sam, "I would have a Ceruledge if I were to have a Pokemon. They're a fire and ghost type, they're badass, they're like some sort of samurai, and they hold a helluva grudge. Huh?" He gently smacked Sam's shoulder with the back of his hand, a grin spreading across his face.
In response, Sam couldn't help but smile, nodding faintly. "Sure, Dean," he chuckled, clearly amused by his brother's choice. "I think I'd have a Gengar or maybe a Mimikyu, you know? They're pretty misunderstood — I think I could train them up and do some good with them."
At that, Dean shot him a teasing glance, arching his brows. "Oh, turning the dark side into good, huh? I've heard that one before," he mused, although there was a slight undercurrent of tension that sparked between them at the comment. Still, Dean didn't press any further, turning his focus back to Rei. "You, on the other hand... I think you'd be a Swirlix. They eat their own weight in sugar every day and get grumpy if they don't get enough sugar." He flashed her a teasing grin, eyes sparkling with amusement; it was obvious he was poking at her sweet tooth, recalling the Halloween they had spent together a few months back.
With a soft snort, Sam chimed in, "Well, Rei could also be an Audino. They've got crazy good hearing and they're kind hearted." Pausing shortly, he shrugged one shoulder lightly, then added, "Plus, they can gauge others' feelings and physical conditions with their feelers. Rei's pretty good at looking after people."
“Wipe that stupid grin off your face, you hear me?” Dean wasn’t amused, his gruff voice showcasing how annoyed he was. “It wasn’t funny.” The older Winchester brother kept his lips pressed tightly together, jaw clenched.
The storm was raging outside, lightning branching across the sky and creating flashes of white light to illuminate the cabin they were in. Dean was still on edge from the hunt, despite it being over with and the vengeful spirit being long gone by now. His clothing was practically soaked at this point, a chill running down his spine as he started to gather up broken furniture to build a fire. The angel's words made him hesitate, attention flickering in his direction and eyes widening imperceptibly.
"I'm sorry, I didn't catch that," he replied gruffly, blinking a few times in disbelief. His expression shifted slightly into his typical mask of bravado. "You want me to what — to strip?" After a brief pause, he shook his head, adding, "Cas, I haven't had nearly enough whiskey for that."
Dean soon realized that Castiel wasn't joking, watching as he loosened his tie and slipped it over his head before pocketing it. His mouth suddenly felt dry and his pulse quickened subtly. Why the hell did the storm have to happen now, of all times? Forcing his gaze away, he continued to pile up the broken pieces of wood, then patted himself down for his Zippo.

Lmao, thanks for sending this in! :D Hannes seems interesting, so this should be fun~ Just a few reminders: you're not obligated to match my length (I can get pretty detailed at times) and if any of my colors or the small font bother you, please let me know and I'll adjust that so you're comfortable. 💜

Dean had lockpicked himself into the library late in the night, aiming to retrieve an old spellbook from the safe in the main office. There were demons on the search to get ahold of it, a spell inside that was rumored to call upon Baphomet. What he hadn't expected was that one of the librarians had accidentally dozed off in the building. When he was halfway through cracking the code on the safe, the faint creak of the door opening behind him set Dean on high alert.
Within a split second, his gun was drawn and pointed toward the figure in the doorway, wariness evident in his sharp features. Scanning over the man before him, his brows arched slightly with a mix of guardedness and determination. "Yeah, well," came his steady, gruff voice, "You should be. Start talking — what do you know about the book in that safe?"

She had caught him breaking into an antique shop in the dead of night. Unaware of her occupation, he had tried to flirt his way out of the interaction and claimed he was the owner, but found himself at the end of her firearm. Dean's eyes glittered in the dim lighting, fixed on Bo with an air of wariness, hands held up to show he wasn't currently armed. He took a slow step forward, hesitant yet steady, his gaze unwavering from her.
"Listen, lady," he responded gruffly, his tone somewhat more serious, "I'd normally love to find out — maybe grab a drink together — but I'm runnin' out of time here." Dean shook his head imperceptibly, pausing to study the woman before him for a long moment. "You can have me arrested for breaking into your place later, all right? But for right now, I need you to trust me — can you do that?"

Dean's jaw was tight, body tense and the adrenaline wearing off fast. He shot a deadly look at Angel, his distrust for the man evident in his hazel-green eyes, but suppressing the pain took most of his focus. Dried blood was splattered across features from when he had fought and killed the Rugaru; however, it had gotten the upper hand on him during their encounter, dislocating his left shoulder in the process. "Just patch me up already, will ya?" he huffed gruffly, moving to stand in a better position so that the mage could fix his shoulder.
