Despite it being nearly a year since Lucien had altered him to be an Omega, Thomas still wasn’t completely used to it. He found himself a bit weaker than he expected himself to be. He found himself even more in need of having Lucien, not only around, but happy. When his Alpha was unhappy, so was Thomas. Which, of course, had been the case before but his feelings seemed amplified by whatever Lucien was feeling. Of course, Thomas had no way of knowing if that was simply an omega and alpha thing or if Lucien had done something else too him. Not that he minded. At this point, Thomas was so caught up in all that was Lucien that anything done to him was an improvement. He saw it that way anyways. He trusted Lucien far to much to question anything.
“I found someone else for us.” Thomas stated as he walked into the hospital room. “He’s a Beta. No relatives, no mate, no nothing here. He goes on runs and scouts a lot so if he just vanished no one would ask.” He reported. For the most part, he and Lucien where left alone. Asher and Adam seemed to busy with other things to care and as long as he and Lu were smart about who they killed it wasn’t a big deal. “His names Frank Douglas. He’s in room C3 on the second floor and he should be back by midday tomorrow.” THomas went on as he sat on the bedside and started to pull his shoes off. “I figure we can head out around eleven tomorrow, catch him on his way back here.” He looked over his shoulder at Lucien. A small smile pulled across his lips as he looked at his Alpha. He missed him. They hadn’t seen much of each other today and that made Thomas pretty dysfunctional. He was proud he’d found frank at all. Or done anything without Lucien by his side. That didn’t happen often anymore.
