Join us on October 24 for a program on Ohio women during WWI. The program will be at 45 W. 5th St, Chillicothe, Ohio at 7:30 pm. It’s free and open to the public.

We’re planning such a fun event for our Junior Member program on July 8! Extra credit points for anyone who can say what this symbol is!

If you know a child between the ages of 6 and 12 who would like to be part of the fun, call 740-772-1936 to register for the program by July 5. 

The program will be held at the National Guard Joint Training Center - the old Camp Sherman rifle range - at 2154 Narrows Road, Chillicothe. It’s Saturday, July 8, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. $10 fee for non-members. Please register soon because space is limited.

    We had such a great time yesterday at our Junior Member Program! The kids learned the art of Sherenscnitte, a type of decorative paper-cutting brought to this area by its German immigrants. We also played Victorian parlor games that were a popular part of Christmas parties in bygone days, and tried out some of the toys kids enjoyed back then.

Tomorrow night, Nov 2, 2016, we’ll be hosting George Rogers Clark, as portrayed by Mel Hankla. We’d love to have you join us at the Heritage Center at 45 W. 5th St, at 7:30 PM. The event is free and open to the public.
