So. Just a little ick I have with some stories. Is the forget birthday parts of them.

Like pretend you forgot your friends birthday just to throw them a party. The characters seem so upset at the end of the day when no one has even celebrated with them. Especially if the character loves their birthday. If I was in that situation I'd hate it. Most of the time it's unrealistic. They immediately forget how ot hurt them and move on like nothing happened

i find it really funny when in hanahaki fics unrequited love was requited all along. like, why did they have hanahaki if their love wasn't one-sided? can you get hanahaki from thinking someone doesn't love you? what about people with trust issues? do they just die?

if there's a disease that causes you to cough flowers specifically because the person you love doesn't love you, and then later it turns out they did love you back the entire time, WHY were you sick in the first place? placebo effect?? what is this, make believe your own suffering???

and don't get me started when somebody dies and the person they loved finds them and they're like "if only i confessed my true feelings". sorry my guy, your beloved died because anxiety.

if you can get hanahaki because you feel unloved then oh boy it opens a can of worms you do not want to open. trust me.

am i nitpicking? maybe. but it really does break my immersion when i start thinking about how high school would look like in a world like this

underrated actor with a lot of talent to give. i don't think i've ever seen him in something i hate and tbh..... i loved the amazing spider-man series and i wish we got a third movie. i don't want to think i like it just because i was a teenager around that time and had never rewatched the og spider-man movies but skater + geek peter parker was my fav okay

Well, my headache is not completely gone, but it is maybe a 1-2/10 which is a vast improvement from the last almost week where it was a 5-6/10. My intestines continued their revolt overnight, waking me up multiple times. One of the times I was also in a flop-sweat, so I must’ve had a fever too. I’m happy my head feels better, but another night of interrupted shitty sleep because of this BS is not what I needed. I ordered some probiotics and other stuff on Amazon (I didn’t want to, but it’s my best option considering my current situation). 

I’ve had some tea and toast this morning. It was fine, I might try venturing into other foods later today. We’ll see. Last night I started my “The Umbrella Academy” rewatch of season 1 before I watch the just released season 2 since I’ve got nothing but time in this bed whilst I recover (hopefully).
