I want the entire album of The First Days of Spring tattooed along my entire body in remembrance of all the lonely nights we shared together and all of the tears shed and comfort given by the sad yet hopeful music that never fails to sound as beautiful as the first time I heard it. I wish Noah and the Whale could know what this album is to me and how important and special it is to my past and still my present. It's everything when I need it and always there waiting for me to come falling back into when I'm shattering. The First Days of Spring is a gorgeous ongoing melody of heartbreak and sadness, but with strong tones of hopefulness for a new day and new beginnings. The night will end and spring can bring growth and newfound happiness.

listening to "the first days of spring" album by noah and the whale gives me incredible feelings that nothing else on this earth could give me. it's such a beautifully sad album that evokes such strong emotions, and is unlike anything else i've ever listened to. god, I love it so much.

What’s the point of bands, falling in love with them and the sounds they make, if you aren’t able to go to their concerts MOM
