I’m looking for a Sterek fic with Derek as a single parent of kid(s). Kate was the mom & then they broke up. She’s crazy, which he either knows at beginning; figure out during the the story. Derek meets and starts getting close to Stiles. Stiles moves in with Derek or at least is sitting with Derek and they talk about some sort of legal action to remove Kate; she sent them a bomb? Human AU or werewolves are known. Can anyone tell me what the title is and who it’s by? And if it still exists?

OR: The one in which Derek is a reclusive Earl with seven children and Isaac persuades him to hired Mr Stilinski as a tutor. Only Stiles becomes more than just a tutor to his children and Derek fears he may have become something more to him as well.

Stiles was not sure if he was really doing the right thing. It was more of a spontaneous idea to apply for this job. He was living in the midst of New York, having just changed his courses to online courses, so he had to get out of his dorm. He wanted to earn money, wanted to stop taking so much from his father, now that his college fund was getting smaller and smaller. 

He knew the man would do everything he could to give Stiles what he needed, but his fathers heart wouldn't be able to take more stress. The post as a live-in Nanny really came in the right moment. 

The actual conversation with the secretary of whoever was hiring him had been all kinds of special, a bit very scary to be honest, but it had to have been good enough because here he was standing in front of Derek Hale's house, invited to a personal interview. 

Straightening his button up shirt a last time, he took a deep breath, pressing the door bell. He just hoped this would go right, that he wouldn't ruin it for himself.
