Narcoleptic nightmares

For several weeks now I have been fighting sleep . Waiting until i am asleep before finally conceding to it. Tonight, I did not do that and it took only minutes before one of the worst nightmares I have ever had came ripping through my psyche great pangs of death and abandonment sobbing over and over and finally was ready to give in to the despair ! My own voice calling for help woke me jp. screaming for help and then calling for it' too weak for much else. I am sill shaking. Crying the dream is too real.
