PLEASE don't tell me it's Konoha AGAIN Shinobi 2: it's konoha again. they have demigods now. Tsunade, daydreaming of being monstrously drunk: No. okay. one more time. no one's bullying anyone. we hold equal power on the council. we talk to each other like equals. Shinobi 1: okay but. you can't expect us to believe that you won't just like…kill everyone that disagrees with you. Gaara: No. We will field their complaints together, as an alliance, and discuss their merits. As long as you aren't a threat to the alliance, there's no reason to threaten to raise tensions by killing dissenters. Mei: And when we DO kill dissenters, it's not something any one kage can do alone. if it effects the whole alliance, you have to talk about it with the whole alliance first. Shinobi 2: but what about missions? We still have to compete over those. Oonoki: all missions submitted to villages in the allience will be compiled and evenly distributed. Shinobi 1: and we just…trust each other to. not hide and privately hoard missions? A: Yes. because that would be stupid. It's impossible to hide forever cause it would inevitably lead a paper trail, and once you were found, I would personally kick your fucking ass. Shinobi 1: ...admittedly effective deterrent. Shinobi 2: Admittedly. But what's stopping people IN the village from doing that just to sabatoge their hokage's place in the allience cause they don't trust this new bullshit system? Gaara: We trust each other. if something like that happens, we talk it over like adults and execute the person purposefully threatening the peace of allience. Shinobi 1: ….yeah, no. this is all a scam. fuck y'all. why would we believe any of this. Shinobi 2: Well. Konoha DOES have demi-god war heroes. so as long as that cheerful blonde guy is genuinely invested, konoha is genuinely invested, the other villages have reason to trust konoha's investment. And thus reason to relax themselves? Shinobi 1: so it IS just konoha holding a new shiny blonde nuke and scaring the other nations into submission! Oonoki, under his breath: I mean. yeah, kinda. Could I ask for a headcannon where the fourth raikage(A) has an adopted daughter?

Thank you for the request. I made this more general by making it a child versus what gender the child is. Headcannons of 4thRaikage having an Adopted Kid

The 4th Raikage didn’t plan onadopting a child into his home, so it would have to be an outstanding instancefor him to do so. The child would have had to shown promise as a ninja. Whetherthat was the child was always caught in fights where they were outnumbered andthey didn’t back down or showed major strength.

Seeing a small child not backing down andcontinue to fight despite the odds would capture the Raikage’s heart. He likesthe tenacity and respects those that are fighters. He would greet the child andask them to show him what they got even if they’re tired and hungry. He wantsto see their all, in order to see what he’s working with. He might tempt themwith food or taunt them to get them to fight him.

Once the child gives their all and are out ofbreath, the Raikage is ready to offer them their reward for their efforts. Hesmiles for the first time as he tells them to come with him. With that he leadsthem into their new life as the Raikage’s adopted kid.

From then on, the Raikage will have them trainedby a professional shinobi. They would receive private lessons and the Raikagewould be even more pleased if the child had lightning style chakra. If so, hewould teach them how to be as fast as he is.

The 4th Raikage is strict indiscipline. He does not like to see others give up. His motto is you diefighting or you live on to be a coward. Dying any other way is pathetic. Sothose ideals will be planted in the child’s head. They’ll grow up learning tobe confident, strong, brave, and a leader.

Many in the village will grow to respect the 4thRaikage’s choice of an heir, once they see how capable and strong they are. TheRaikage would have taught his child to stand up for themselves and to nevertake anyone’s shit. They’re bound to be outspoken depending on how much of anintrovert they are. They won’t shy away from injustices and will speak theirmind when they disagree.

Being in the Raikage’s household, the child willlearn of their adopted father’s explosive temper. They would have been scaredthe first time they saw it, but when they realize he doesn’t strike them, they’llrealize they’re safe. The older they get the more unfazed they are at the 4thRaikage’s temper tantrums. They may even pick up on the trait as a copingmechanism and have to punch an object when they are frustrated too.

The child of Raikage will also have a fairlydecent relationship with Killer B. Killer B would be excited to help train thechild if asked as it gives him more purpose than sitting around the village allday. Killer B also might help the child express a more creative side to them byinteracting with them. They may be amused or confused as to why Killer B alwaysraps but they grow to love him as an uncle.
