Sakura knows that if Sarada uses her mangekyo too much she'll end up being blind but she won't try or convince her to stop she's like "if you're ok to end up being blind, continue" and then she says Sarada does it for a boy like she did for one too. Sakura could at least tell Sarada, her daughter, that yes, Sarada can help Boruto but not by using a power that is actually ruining her eyes. Sarada can help in other ways, she's a shinobi she can do much more than using the mangekyo.
