IMPORTANT FYI
I am following the idea that the Fire Nation is based on Imperial Japan. I also think it is important to note that much of the ATLA world has influences of Chinese & Korean culture within it. I will be alternating between using his cartoon appearance, his live action actor and my own chosen actors for his fc. Please note that I do not support genocide, colonization, or anything Zuko does in his fire nation loyal/avatar chasing era.
RULES
01. Although my Zuko is primarily based on the cartoon, my own research, & my own headcanons, I am NATLA friendly.
02. Although this blog is 18+ I will NOT be writing any sexual content on this blog. When portraying Zuko as a minor I'm okay with writing puppy love/crushes but will not write full on ships or kissing scenes. When portraying adult Zuko I'm okay with writing short kissing scenes, hand holding, sfw romance, etc. I'm open to portraying him as an adult and as elder as seen in Legend of Korra. I will assume you are interacting with him as a minor unless you ask for a verse in which he's older.
03. Out of respect or Native and Ingenious peoples I will not be writing with anyone who uses Ian Ousley as their fc for Sokka. It is unclear at this time what his heritage is. In turn I will not interact with ATLA characters who use white faceclaims (aka I will only write with folks who use BIPOC faceclaims. My idea of BIPOC includes mixed race people).
04. I'm slowly rewatching the cartoon but don't have every little fact about the ALTA setting and Zuko memorized. Don't be that guy to nitpick every little thing I do. Constructive criticism, however, (especially feedback from BIPOC) is always welcome.
05. Keep call out posts away from me. I don't want to be involved with drama. The block button is free. Use it.
