As a recently out lesbian, I've been trying to find tips to flirting with queer women, but all queer women seem as clueless as me so idk what to do. Is there a pamphlet or something that I'm missing?
If any dykes in long term relationships could give me tips, I would be eternally grateful
happy spring! i would like to go on a picnic date with a butch!
✨she/they✨
"Lesbians used he/him pronouns in the past so it's ok" alright, in which case "racism, homophobia, xenophobia, classism, etc were upheld in the past so they're ok to do"
Don't use "it's historical" as an argument, ok? A lot of things were historical but they are by no means automatically good things.
Lesbians used those pronouns so that they wouldn't be executed for being a woman that was attracted to other women. Same shit applies to they/them lesbians because obviously. Opposite gender pronouns are now used as accessories rather than a defence mechanism which really undermines the point.
LSLs: "i'm anti mogai because xenogenders make trans people look like a joke" also LSLs: "you're not a nonbinary lesbian you're trixic or feminamoric"
yoo this is my piece for happyvalli, an mspaint valentines day zine, i had a really great time working on it!

Nonbinary gays and lesbians have, all across the world, with different names across different cultures, existed forever and to say otherwise is just factually untrue.
Gay people have been stepping outside of and breaking gender binary forever.
