Still recovering from the bad cold I got after camping on the Appalachian Trail with my BFFs Virginia Wright and Henry Edmunds. Here I am one week ago wearing 6 layers next to the fire I made with wet twig and a cheater fire starter hauled up in my backpack. Despite a week of sneezing and coughing still would not trade a night spent snuggling with my dog Dixie in a tent listening to wind and rain.
