She's a togruta. Not a human. So no one is committing any kind of racist acts.

Like I’ve explained here already, the Togruta aesthetic borrows heavily from Indian culture and she is very heavily coded as South Asian. Painting yourself orange with the flimsy excuse of “she’s orange!!” doesn’t make it not brownface.

I’m not outright attacking anyone for it because I know a lot of people aren’t aware that it’s still a form of brownface, but what you choose to do with the knowledge after you’ve been informed by poc that it’s racist determines what kind of a person you are. That’s all I’m saying.
