The Ghost had been hesitant with the idea of approaching Cypher for a proposition outside the scope of the usual day-to-day business that they both deal in.  But after having obtained the information from the target of his previous personal endeavour that had included a certain Hunter, he feels he has no choice but to request the expertise of one of the world’s most renown... infamous... notorious... spies and infiltrators.

Now to bury those apprehensive thoughts of dealing with the other’s personality quirks while keeping sights on the bigger picture.
