BROOO, I rarely go out on an adventure without Lucanis but Im glad I did this time. I brought out Neve and Bellara to do the last companion quest of Neve and suddenly, Bellara was thanking Neve on what she did back in Arlathan.

Hear me out, I don't judge ships and support the ships, I am open-minded but when Bellara said "I never had a sister... But you are one to me"

I IMMEDIATELY HIT PAUSE BC WTF??? THAT IS SO TOUCHING AND SO GUT-WRENCHING AND SO

Sisterhood, womanhood, girlhood, you name it. This is one of the best things I can ask for in a game 🥹🫶🏾

grhhhhhhhhhh today was the first time I watched Neve's final romance scene with the context of the pre-Tearstone argument and I have to say it hits so much harder to see Neve come into Rook on her own after she chose to walk out of her own office rather than admit her feelings last time. certified leaver and romantic avoider comes by to call finding you a lost cause and tell you she waited to see you again anyway despite the better judgement she'd been clinging on for that entire game. all her cynicism let go of, just for you!

when Rook comes close, you can tell that for a moment she's still running the same "I shouldn't do this, I shouldn't get attached, I could lose them any day--" routine in her head before letting go of that as well. to instead subject herself to the mortifying idea of not just being loved, but - a much, much scarier thing for her - loving somebody else, too
