Upper right: Gabietou. I've talked about this one before. Milk from cows and sheepthat graze on the mountain flowers of the French Pyrenees is what it is made from. Mushroom and sweet(ish) cream notes.

Lower left: Appenzeller. A legendary and classic cheese from Switzerland. Savory, a little herbal and a mellow funk.

Lower right: Wisconsin is an American master when it comes to solid and sharp cheddar. They also grow a lot of cranberries there two. The twains meet in a tang that is bright but not overwhelming.

The tomatoes are the standard grape variety. The olives from a jar of Italian green ones from Trader Joe's.
