Not exactly a specialty brewed beer for @trivialbob but I did try a couple new beverages recently.

Not horrible, a bit bland and boring design overall, barely acceptable effort I suppose. And keep reading if you want to know what I felt about the drinks and not just the cans.

They fizzed and overflowed a bit when I opened them both, not as bad as traditional soda that's been shaken but still required a bit of action to avoid making a mess.

Then, when drinking, the carbonation seemed smoother and less than usual cola, I can understand the people who have said it is a bit similar to a soda which has gone flat. Personally I liked the toned down, but still present, carbonation (nitronation?).

However I honestly can't say I liked the drunks overall, the sweetness was overpowering, and more than that for the vanilla.

I felt it tasted more like I imagine straight soda syrup might taste than simply a flat soda. I had the vanilla first and the traditional cola second and thought it would maybe be less annoyingly overpoweringly sweet, and it was, but like going from 100 to 90 on a 1 to 10 scale.

When even the soda version was powerfully sweet I checked the nutrition facts and holy sugar, batman! This one can has 125% daily suggested sugar! I feel it would taste good, actually much better than it currently does, if it had about 10% or possibly less.

So, overall I'm not going to be purchasing them again, but not because of the carbonation. I do think they could potentially be a decent mixer for making cocktails, though for that use I think the pure soda syrup would be basically the same thing, hell just squeeze the juice out of some sugar cane and mix it with some sugar and that'll be pretty close.

If they come out with a diet version I'll get just one can to try it, these came in a four-pack for each flavor. We'll try mixing the rest with sparkling water or something else without any sweater of its own.

Ok Nitro Pepsi? Nitrogen infused Pepsi? As a person who has stomach issues- I love it. There is so much less carbonation while not tasting flat. Its so smooth. I hope this is the future of all soda
