Snape did NOT die as virgin.
He may be seen as ugly by Harry. But that means not he is. Seen in moments without Harry around nobody mentions he is ugly. At all.
There is no doubt he is a very powerful wizard. And power attracted women and men at all times.
He is intelligent, witty and smart.
IMHO he was Lucius lover “Lucius lapdog”
His devotion to Lilys cause means not he needs to be celibate. We even see him speak about Lily as Lily Potter! He understood long before she is not his.
I dont think he had any problems to find someone to warm his bed... but he could not risk to fall in love as a spy. So it makes sense we dont learn much about his lovers.
