Ingredients: 1 cup mascarpone cheese. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 cups heavy cream. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce. 1/2 cup chopped almonds.
Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the ice cream mixture. Sprinkle half of the chopped almonds on top. Repeat layers with the remaining ice cream mixture, caramel sauce, and almonds. Use a knife to swirl the caramel sauce into the ice cream mixture. Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Serve scoops of ice cream topped with extra salted caramel sauce and almonds.
