What do you think of the theory about Rachel having powers?

I'm a first-class passenger on the "Rachel has some kind of power" express. Just don't ask me to elaborate on what those powers are exactly.

Rachel has four big moments that imply that something is going on with her. First, when she set fire to the tree, the wind blew every time she screamed. Second, when Chloe is arguing with James, the flames on the candle in front of Rachel start flickering. Three, after Rachel gets stabbed, a firefighter in the hospital claims that the fire just…magically died out. Four, after Rachel dies, a ghost deer hangs around her grave. Regardless of whether the deer is the embodiment of Rachel or an actual ghost deer, it's still a strange entity connected to her.

I absolutely think she had some kind of power. Maybe she had a degree of elemental manipulation? However, her possible wind powers do call into question some things about the storm...But brushing that idea aside for now, my real question is whether Rachel knew she had some kind of power or if she was oblivious to what she could do. I lean toward the idea that she had no clue, but she was so secretive who could say for sure?
