NMRC to fill the gap between Noida-Greater Noida

Good news for people of Delhi! The transportation has become easier and cheaper.

Government is going to start metro from Noida to Greater Noida from April. Commuters can now beat the heavy traffic by taking metro.

Traffic is a very big and this is the serious issue for the people of Delhi.

Through this initiative traffic can be controlled at some places like Ring road, Kalkaji and Janakpuri west. Commuters travelling from Noida to Gurugram can also bypass heavy road traffic in South Delhi and save time at least 30 minutes.

The total length of this Metro link is 29.07km and is called Noida –Greater Noida corridor. The train has 4 coaches each designed with aqua blue as its theme color. The metro will be covering 29.7km aqua line connecting Noida and greater Noida so its theme color is Aqua.

 Each coach has 186 passenger capacity. Train on the whole has capacity of 1000 passengers under loaded condition.

All the work related to metro is almost completed. About 99% of the work has been done. So the trial of the metro is supposed to be held on 15 April.

The ambitious Noida –Greater Noida metro corridors aims to connect the twin cities. This will reduce the gap between the two cities and will make the journey easier and faster.

Not only in real estate it will be beneficial in many fields like metro will also reduce the pollution. Delhi is among the most polluted city of India, many initiatives has been taken for reducing the pollution. One of the initiative was the odd and even number (where owner were supposed to take out their vehicle on the alternate days according to the even and odd number plate).

It was recorded that this initiative reduces only 2-3% pollution.

This new metro route will reduce the vehicle on the road and because of this traffic will automatically decrease. It will also be beneficial in reducing air pollution.

Government has been working on pollution and traffic from long time. It will be the best way as majority of the population will use metro for travelling or going for work, hence it will automatically reduce the pollution and traffic.
