I know I harp on it every time but within hours of arriving on the Citadel, Shepard finds out the galactic government doesn't equally represent all species, is called a lesser species by a Virtual Assistant Tour Guide, finds out their mentor was directly screwed over by the anti-human Space Spy they have to investigate because the Council does not care, experiences an average of 10 microaggressions a conversation, and is told directly by the chief of police that he hates humans, but we're mad about the "aliens from the animals" line???
