When a court slapped down Oregon police who stated someone exercising their 4th amendment rights was “suspicious”.

Because of the drug war, of course

If we had more judges like this then www.aclu.orgwouldn’t be so necessary, but unfortunately we do not.

Thankfully www.aclu.org exists for reasons just like this.

Another really wonderful and fun find my son and I made in our Northern Oregon Photographic Adventure  We found the top of a waterfall, and just kept working upstream and found so many amazing photo opportunities that the rest of the visitors to the waterfall ignored and left behind.  We spend hours and hours photographing our way upstream.  It was an amazing blast.
