Doing the virtual Walk MS today... sad that we can’t walk in solidarity as our MS Warriors team. Going on 11 years with this flipping MonSter but it hasn’t stopped me yet... I am alive, I am active, and I am so fucking blessed!

Never fails

If its not one thing its another. My back is at it once again. Doing PT currently is helping some. Various spots in my back has been tight and painful. To the point the in home heating pads aren’t helping any.

Thought I would get out and enjoy my day. First took a moment to check the oil in Moms car. As I lowered the hood down so it wouldn't slam. Poof out of no where I nearly fell down. Fast forward out picking up motor oil, air filter and oil filter for Moms car. Walking across the designated area noticing a car coming slowly. I started to jog so the car wouldn't have to stop just for me. Once again felt like someone punched me under my shoulder blade. Nearly falling down and holding on to the top of the car. There I stood for a few minuets.

Hoping this stops. Hard to get in any type of rhythm. When you are walking around as if on egg shells. Keeping the next bad pain down and subdued. Staying positive and not going to give up. It would be to simple to quit right now.

When life throws you down, you can either stay there or defy it by pushing yourself back up to continue towards your goals. Been feeling low lately, but instead of being depressed I feel a bit of rage. Once this migraine fades, I plan to put that energy to work for me.
