I’ve been stressed out and sad but this semester is better than the last one and I feel like I am really learning a lot in my classes. It makes me rethink what I originally wanted with my major and when I go to grad school, I might take a different direction.
Also, I read this cool paper on the v recent discovery of a virus that triggers amoebae encystment (appropriately named Medusavirus) my friend showed me! I would highly recommend it as a cool read for anyone interested.

I register for classes next semester this Thursday! I’m both really nervous and excited! In the meantime, I have to catch up on work I’ll miss on Thursday and try to ace this orgo class for biochem next semester.

3.31.18 || Guess who came in on Saturday to take her calc test before work (:
8.1.2017 // I had to come into school early to catch the early lab section so I could make up the lab I missed yesterday. I killed it on my last lab and I killed my first exam so I’m happy!! And I’m the only person in my favorite study room so I’m taking this time to brush up on what I missed and (finally) make a grade tracker so I’m not surprised by the end of the class.

8.18.2017 || Yesterday was my Chemistry final and I don’t think I did super well on my final but I’m really hoping to somehow still pull an A in the class!! If I don’t pull an A, then I will try even harder in my upcoming fall semester. Until then, I’m trying to relax and last night I went to a recording of The Moth podcast in NYC.
7.23.18 I have my first exam tomorrow! And I’m so nervous and I have a lab due afterwards 🙃
